Bug#827677: linux-image-4.6.0-1-amd64: random screen glitches on laptop

Dear Maintainer,

after booting the laptop with the 4.6.0-1-amd64 kernel and using a X11 session,
annoying random screen glitches (screen refresh) occurs.

That doesn't happend with version:
Linux r5 4.5.0-2-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.5.5-1 (2016-05-29) x86_64 GNU/Linux
