Bug#824811: firmware-realtek: rtl8192ce doesn't transfer data

I think this is rtl8192ce driver bug, I don't know what 'firmware' term exactly means in package name, but the driver is in the firmware-realtek package.

I suspect the driver because:
I know my PCI WiFi device works
- obviously a lot of PCI drivers work
rtl8192cu works

So the solution could be something like:
- take PCI part from any known working driver
- take rtl8192 part from USB driver
- connect these 2 into working rtl8192ce
