Bug#819161: linux-image-4.4.0-1-amd64: Mutlihead LCD configuration does not work anymore

After the update of the linux image from 4.3.5-1 to 4.4.6-1 the LCD on the
first HDMI output (HDMI1)
of graphic card is no more detected:

It is not a monitor problem because if a plug the monitor which is usually
connected to HDM1 to HDM2 I get the ecpected moniotr image.

Booting the same system with linux-image-4.3.0-1-amd64 has no problem and
detects the monitors on both HDMI outputs.
