Hi Ben,

thanks for the pointer to this patch! I did not test the new kernel, but
instead installed the linux-source-4.3 package, recompiled only the
mv643xx_eth.ko module from these sources, installed it into the existing
kernel modules directory and reproduced the bug. Then I patched the two
source lines from the git commit above, recompiled and installed the fixed
module, and have not seen any corruption since!

So I can confirm that the above patch fixes the bug. Thank you very much!
