I'd be happy to add binary packages for these other tools, so long as they are being properly maintained upstream. If they don't have tight kernel version dependencies then no version suffixes or metapackage would be needed. perf is special in that it often depends on new kernel features and it is recommended to match the perf userland and kernel versions.
