Package: src:linux Version: 3.16.7-ckt25-2+deb8u2 Severity: wishlist Dear Debian folks, it’d be awesome if you backported commit 953dee9 (EDAC, ie31200_edac: Add Skylake support), present in Linux since version 4.7-rc3, to all Linux kernel version before, especially Linux 3.16 in Debian 8 (Jessie/stable), so that it can be used on current Intel Skylake systems with ECC memory.
