So WLAN does not work because the firmware is not available.
And these error messages:

suggest that kwin does not start because the firmware for the GPU is
not available.
I suspect that the sound chip may also require firmware loaded from
disk.
I think that with firmware-intel-sound, firmware-iwlwifi and firmware-
misc-nonfree installed (all of which are in the non-free section of the
archive), this computer will be fully functional. Let us know whether
that helps.
