Bug#793049: Regression: bad performance of hardware video decoding using mesa-vdpau-drivers



Could you boot with linux kernel parameter radeon.dpm=1
and attach dmesg output after playing some video?
With the kernel parameter it logs more information about dynamic power
management of the graphics card.
