This won't happen unless and until it's accepted upstream.

Also, you will need to ensure that udev does not depend on kdbus until
kdbus initialisation is done in the initramfs.

(I have to say, kdbus is looking less and less like a good idea... and
I'm not at all impressed at systemd upstream trying to go around the
review process.   Oh well.)
