So the fixes are:

commit 80f7fdb1c7f0f9266421f823964fd1962681f6ce
Author: Radim Krčmář <rkrcmar@redhat.com>
Date: Thu Apr 2 20:44:23 2015 +0200

x86: vdso: fix pvclock races with task migration

commit 0a4e6be9ca17c54817cf814b4b5aa60478c6df27
Author: Marcelo Tosatti <mtosatti@redhat.com>
Date: Mon Mar 23 20:21:51 2015 -0300

x86: kvm: Revert "remove sched notifier for cross-cpu migrations"

These are both included in the pending version of linux in unstable, but
not yet on the 3.16.y or jessie branches.

Please check that this bug really is fixed once version 4.0.2-1 is
available.

Ben.
