Please consider include `debian' directory in linux-source-VERSION package,
for example, put `debian' directory as /usr/src/linux-debian-VERSION.

This will make something esay, such as build linux-libc-dev for cross.

No, this is a terrible idea.

apt-get source linux
fakeroot make -f debian/rules.gen binary-libc-dev_$ARCH
