Yes, these kinds of error messages appear pretty consistently.

I ssh into the box and build kernels, so these are the only messages I see.

I upgraded everything to jessie about 6 months ago. Before that I did
not face such problems. I also ran a badblocks check on the hard drive
and everything passed. As a last resort I can try installing wheezy
again and test it out, but it will be a while before I do that.
