Bug#779384: base: Gigabit Ethernet connection being downgraded to 100Mb/s mode (Renegotiation issues)

Sure, just like any kind of bug in specific situations.  That's however
not what "serious" means in Debian bug reports.  Notably, I don't think
we want to delay the release of Debian Jessie only due to this bug.

Anyway, this is now in the hands of the linux package maintainers.  They
are the ones to be convinced.
