Broadcom Corporation Device 43a3 kernel 4.4 debian jessie



Hello list, i have buyed a dell xps 13 laptop, and i find that i can't configure my wifi
Now i'm using debian jessie, with kernel 4.2l

Does anyone know how i can solve it  ?
If i remember well, with ubuntu i checked that wifi runs well, but with debian this isn't possible for me .
I must connect to internet using a mobile phone connected to usb port .

I tried with kernel 4.3 from debian testing, using backports, of jessie, and pinning (testing), but wireless doesn't respond.
