linux-image-4.2.0-0.bpo.1-amd64 / jessie-backports / issue : breaks task-desktop, xserver-xorg-input

this could be a fairly big disruption of my system... is this as expected? okay to proceed?  this is my @work daily-driver
(found this during full-upgrade, and decided to remove/install other kernel packages first as fallback)

$ sudo aptitude -t jessie-backports install linux-image-amd64 linux-headers-amd64
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  linux-image-4.2.0-0.bpo.1-amd64{ab}
The following packages will be upgraded:
  linux-image-amd64
1 packages upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 69 not upgraded.
Need to get 35.1 MB/35.1 MB of archives. After unpacking 172 MB will be used.
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 linux-image-4.2.0-0.bpo.1-amd64 : Breaks: xserver-xorg-input-vmmouse (< 1:13.0.99) but 1:13.0.0-1+b3 is installed.
The following actions will resolve these dependencies:

     Remove the following packages:
1)     task-desktop
2)     task-xfce-desktop
3)     xserver-xorg-input-all
4)     xserver-xorg-input-vmmouse

Accept this solution? [Y/n/q/?]
