Bug#800597: octeon: please enable CONFIG_I2C_CHARDEV

Dear Maintainer,

The EdgeRouter Pro board features a number of devices on the Octeon I2C 
bus, including temperature sensors on bus 0, devices 0x4d and 0x4e.  
These sensors are not currently recognized by the tmp421 kernel driver, 
however they can be accessed from userspace if CONFIG_I2C_CHARDEV is 
enabled. Please consider enabling it in future kernel versions for the 
octeon flavor.
