linux-image-3.16.0-4-amd64 3.16.7-ckt11-1 bricks all Fn-keys on Thinkpad x220 laptop

Hello all,

I've recently rebooted only to find out that none of my Fn-keys are
working (by which, I mean "generating something I can catch with
acpi_listen or showkey"). By downgrading packages that was recently
updated according to aptitude log, I found out that downgrading 
inux-image-3.16.0-4-amd64 to 3.16.7-ckt9-3~deb8u1 solves the problem
for me.

Anyone have a similar experience?
Should I file a bug and if so, against which package exactly?
