No, these packages contain firmware not drivers. This is explained in
the message that appears when you try to open a bug against the firmware
package.

No, this looks like a PNP address (so it's not any kind of PCI or USB
device). Can you send the output of:
cat /sys/devices/pnp0/00:0c/id
cat /sys/devices/pnp0/00:0c/uevent
