Dear Maintainer,

In 4 of my clients same problem occur. Download and upload of packages decrease to 10% and using tcpdump it appear a new message:
unreachable - need to frag (mtu 1500), length 556


   * What led up to the situation?
Upgrade of new linux-image.

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)?
Return to older kernel resolv my problem.
