Bug#774036: linux-image-3.16.0-4-amd64: poweroff after suspend or hibernate does not work anymore after upgrade wheezy -> jessie

Dear Maintainer,

I upgraded from wheezy to jessie and after the upgrade, suspend and hibernate are not fully functional anymore.

Hibernate works, but the final power off does not work. If I do a hard reboot, the resume works flawless.

For suspend, there is also no power off and consequently I cannot restart and I have to reboot.

For wheezy, I had similar symptoms, there adding

	acpi_sleep=old_ordering

to the kernel cmdline solved the issue for the wheezy kernel 3.2.x, but it does not solve the issue for the 3.16.x kernel from jessie.

I see the same behavior when starting the suspend process with KDE, with "systemctl suspend" or even when I just

echo mem > /sys/power/state

Since I do not have permanent access to the system, it would be useful, if you can tell me soon, if there is particularly important information to collect.
