Any of the things I disabled on trunk could reasonably be disabled on
sid, except that I want to keep CONFIG_DEBUG_BUGVERBOSE enabled if
possible.

Note that on sid, config-reduced applies to both ixp4xx and orion5x
whereas on trunk it now applies to kirkwood and orion5x.
