Bug#772716: linux-image-3.16.0-4-amd64: no support for NVidia GK208 (NV108)

control: reassign -1 linux,bbswitch

In fact, the problem does not come from the kernel, but
from the presence of the bbswitch module at boot time.
Initially, bbswitch.ko was present for the 3.16 kernel
but not for the 3.17. So I sent my initial bug report
stating that my graphic card was not recognized by
3.16 whereas it was by 3.17.

However, after I rebooted (after having installed/compiled
bbswitch.ko for 3.17), I was back at my initial state :
nouveau module not loaded, same reported errors when
manually loaded and "xrandr --listproviders" only listing
my Intel card.
I've done several reboots, both with 3.16 and 3.17 kernel.
The result is always the same:
* if bbswitch.ko is installed (in /lib/modules/...), the
nouveau module is not loaded after the boot, it cannot be
manually loaded and "xrandr --listproviders" only listing
  my Intel card.
* if bbswitch.ko is not installed in /lib/modules/..., after
the boot, the nouveau module is loaded and
"xrandr --listproviders" lists both the Intel and the NVidia
cards. In this case, I can (manually) load the bbswitch.ko
module (that I moved to my $HOME). And it seems to work
  fine !

I tried to quickly load the nouveau module (adding it in
/etc/initramfs-tools/modules and regenerating the initramfs
with "update-initramfs -u") but it did not change anything
with respect to the previous results.

So, as a workaround, I put bbswitch.ko in my home and will
load it manually. But there is a bug somewhere.

Note that, when nouveau is loaded, PRIME works:
vdanjean@eyak:~$ glxinfo | grep "OpenGL renderer"
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa DRI Intel(R) Haswell Mobile
vdanjean@eyak:~$ xrandr --setprovideroffloadsink nouveau Intel
vdanjean@eyak:~$ DRI_PRIME=1 glxinfo | grep "OpenGL renderer"
OpenGL renderer string: Gallium 0.4 on NV108
vdanjean@eyak:~$

optirun did not, but it seems another bug:
