Subject: linux-image-3.2.0-4-686-pae: system hang when syncing raid5 w mdadm & acpi_cpufreq changes freq on Intel Avoton C2750 8core

1) After reboot, mdadm will check the raid md devices. If not clean, a new sync process will run. On /dev/md2, it will fail and halt the machine.
2) Setting /dev/md2 not active, will keep the system alive. Activating md2 with mdadm will ultimately lead to system hang.
3) Unresponsive system, the console continously showing kernel message, involving disks and acpi_cpufreq related messages.
4) no system hang or error
