Bug#764388: initramfs-tools: wrong default TMPDIR in mkinitramfs manpage

Dear Maintainer,
in the manpage of mkinitramfs you find the TMPDIR variable.
There the detault is documented as /tmp, but actually mkinitramfs uses /var/tmp.
Please update the manpage.
