Bug#760881: Acknowledgement (linux-image-3.16-trunk-amd64: radeonsi DRM/KMS: Monitors on DP outputs not enabled)

After installing the 3.13-0.bpo.1 kernel it worked correctly again. But 
after that, booting 3.14-2 or 3.16-1 still worked correctly. I even 
switched to power cycling instead of rebooting but the behavior didn't 
change.
The only differences in the initramfs between the version that didn't 
work and that which worked were in etc/modprobe.d/radeon-kms.conf and 
etc/boottime.kmap.gz but neither was the cause since making the changes 
by hand did not recreate the faulty behavior.
I'm stumped.
