GNU make complains:
   Makefile:10: *** mixed implicit and normal rules: deprecated syntax
but this is not a fatal error.

However Virtualbox is using its own version of make because of course
that's just what the world needs...

I suppose we'll fix this in linux at some point, but kmk needs to be
compatible with GNU make.
