Please verify: * You're booting using GRUB * You used btrfs for the root filesystem also before the upgrade * initramfs-tools v0.115 generates an initramfs just fine If the answer to all those question is "yes" please test an older Linux kernel version as present in an official Debian repository. regards, -mika-
