I suppose this is too late to be helpful but it seems that
snapshot.debian.org tracks ~bpo packages too, see e.g.
http://snapshot.debian.org/package/linux/3.14.7-1~bpo70%2B1/

Those package include checksums plus you can (re)download the binary if
need be.
