Hello, I got the same oops on 3.12, 3.13, and 3.14 (bpo), without fglrx and xtables-addons : http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.security.firewalls.netfilter.devel/52821 But 3.11.10-1~bpo70+1 works for me. It's unrelated to r8169. Can you try this patch : http://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git/plain/queue-3.14/netfilter-nf_conntrack-reserve-two-bytes-for-nf_ct_ext-len.patch or 3.15-rc7 (in experimental) ?
