Bug#731884: initramfs-tools: randomly /dev/disk/by-uuid doesn't exits, making boot from crypt partition fail
Package: initramfs-tools
Version: 0.115
Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
* What led up to the situation?
Upgraded
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Rebooted
* What was the outcome of this action?
Fell into busybox shell because couldn't find crypto partition UUID=xxx
* What outcome did you expect instead?
Prompt for passphrase, boot.
Sometimes it works - maybe a timing problem.
The configuration is rather complicated, lvm on cryptsetup on a partition
on an imsm raid0, but until last update it was working reliably.
