Bug#679545: [ia64 SR870] ata_piix: probe fails due to ICH4 EXBAR left cleared
Here is the tentative patch of Bjorn Helgaas
(https://lkml.org/lkml/2012/9/24/623) - slightly modified in order to
apply it on Kernel 3.2.35.
Just for the case that someone wants to build an own Kernel.
