"Often, when a new kernel comes around, linux-kbuild-3.xx isn't yet available in the archive"

Dear kernel team,
yes I have RTFW and it still boggles me.. 'every'time a new kernel point release hits experimental, kbuild is missing. While I consider a new kernel rather low-impact on my desktop usage, the remnant gent0o-bleeeding-edge-craving does tickle. Not yet enough to go and build it, because I sense there might be a good reason why a bunch of more l33t programmers has not released it... But I want to understand. Please, would someone explain to me, or better complement the http://wiki.debian.org/HowToRebuildAnOfficialDebianKernelPackage page? What exactly is so difficult in keeping linux-kbuild releases in sync with kernel uploads to experimental? (couldn't tell from the kbuild changelog..)
Thanks a lot, for an answer and all the other maintaining work :)
