Package: firmware-brcm80211 Version: 0.39~bpo70+1 Severity: normal --- Please enter the report below this line. --- The last firmware provided in unstable (should be 0.40) doesn't work with my 3.8.13 custom kernel, and what is worse, causes kernel opses in my custom 3.10.9 kernel locking it totally. Reverting to any previous version down to the one present in wheezy at least allows to connect with kernel 3.8.13, but all of them crashes the kernel 3.10.9. This is a driver bug, and you aren't using a Debian kernel so this isn't our bug. Ben. -- Ben Hutchings This sentence contradicts itself - no actually it doesn't.Attachment: signature.asc
