Hello,

There is a kernel crash after removing device without unmount.
This is reproducable every time.

You can reproduce this with following steps:

1. Create USB device with one primary partition
2. Create BTRFS filesystem on this partition
3. Mount the partition by inserting this USB device
4. Remove the USB device without unmounting it

After these steps, there is a kernel panic.
