Correct. The linux-media guys asked me to sign-off the stuff and
reformat to smaller patches, I asked the vendor for their agreement
multiple times and didn't get any response (thanks Terratec. NOT.).

And in the meantime, the driver stopped working beginning with
some 3.7rc, and I personally also didnt't watch TV since then, therefore
lacking motivation. I tried to bisect a couple of times but it wasn't
fun at all and wasn't successfull.
