Package: acpi Version: 1.5-2 Severity: normal Ever since I upgraded from Lenny to squeeze (way before freeze), gnome-power-manager has stopped displaying the time remaining on my laptop battery. It doesn't appear to be a bug in g-p-m, and perhaps not even in upower but in acpi. This is the proof: $ acpi Battery 0: Discharging, 99%, discharging at zero rate - will never fully discharge. Sometime later I rerun same command $ acpi Battery 0: Discharging, 90%, discharging at zero rate - will never fully discharge. I'll attach a png with g-p-m specs for the battery (the current energy/charge level will not correspond to acpi output as they were done at different times). Hi, your bug has been filed against the "linux-2.6" source package and was filed for a kernel older than the recently released Debian 7.x / Wheezy with a severity less than important. We don't have the ressources to reproduce the complete backlog of all older kernel bugs, so we're closing this bug for now. If you can reproduce the bug with Debian Wheezy or a more recent kernel from testing or unstable, please reopen the bug by sending a mail to control@bugs.debian.org with the following three commands included in the mail: reopen BUGNUMBER reassign BUGNUMBER src:linux thanks Cheers, Moritz
