Bug#712668: initramfs-tools broken with latest move to jessie

This means the error occurred in plymouth's extension to
initramfs-tools, not initramfs-tools itself.  I'm reassigning
accordingly.

That sounds like a bug in synaptic, but you'll have to report that
separately.
