when doing heavy NFS transfers, I see a lot of these in the log:

during that time, nautilus is unresponsive, and sometimes even the network falls down (I can resume it using network-manager).
Hanging on read_tsc() looks wrong to me.
Oh, and yes I did an upgrade without reboot afterwards, but it shouldn't affect this report.
