Bug#685407: updates for squeeze-backports?

FYI, I'm still seeing this problem in the following kernel from 
squeeze-backports:

Linux version 3.2.0-0.bpo.4-amd64 (debian-kernel@lists.debian.org) (gcc version 4.4.5 (Debian 4.4.5-8) ) #1 SMP Debian 3.2.41-2+deb7u2~bpo60+1

Is the fix going to be backported there too?  We're currently waiting on 
another bug before we can seriously consider rolling with wheezy [1].
