I was only subscribe as I am the reporter of #704987. I am still able to reproduce this bug with last wheezy version. With linux-image-3.8-2-amd64 version 3.8.13-1 I was not able to reproduce this bug with libreoffice though I still have some occasional locks. Scrolling still lags in libreoffice but no lock ups.
