Hi! Booting with this kernel I can't get X to detect the correct
resolution of my monitors.

While my monitors (both ViewSonic vg2021wm) are capable of doing 1680x1050.
Wheezy's kernel could detect the right resolution in only one of them
(see #624549). Well, actually it could detect the right resolution on both of
them if patched to ignore EDID checksum errors.
