Source: linux Version: 3.2.39-2 Severity: important Dear maintainers, After recent re-enabling of KMS for ATI chips earlier than R600 [1], an old issue came back: colors are too bright on ATI Radeon 9100 (R200) with KMS enabled. See kernel bug 14945 [2]. The symptoms are: gray looks white, fonts are very thin, antialiasing goes nuts, and the monitor becomes a searchlight. There is a fix in the master kernel tree [3]. It is small and trivial. Is it possible to backport this patch to linux in wheezy? It is small and trivial. Is it possible to backport this patch to linux in wheezy? Already done.
