Bug#697619: USB keyboard no longer works at initramfs passphrase prompt

Please provide:

1. The boot messages when displayed booting 3.7 without the 'quiet'
kernel parameter (GRUB's recovery mode works for this).  You could use a
serial console or photograph(s) of the screen.

2. A listing of the initramfs for 3.7 (use lsinitramfs).
