Bug#698450: linux 3.2.35-2~bpo60+1 reports high DRBD disk utilization

DRBD in Linux 3.2.x has a bug that makes it report high disk
utilization. A simple patch solves this.

It would be nice to include this patch so that monitoring tools
do not go off all the time.
