Bug#697368: /usr/sbin/mkinitramfs: root /dev/nbd0p2 missing nbd /sys/block/ entry

That's pretty bad, but I've not been able to reproduce that myself (on a
system where I did use modules=partman-nbd). Can you send the installer
logs to the bug report?

Note that the apt-install is already done by partman-nbd (conditionally
on whether you are in fact using nbd as part of your system), so that's
redundant.
