Thanks for checking.  Drat --- that means we can't easily get
help from upstream.

Some ideas for moving forward:

 * please attach full "dmesg" output from a successful boot

 * please attach full output from the "acpidump" command

 * if you can find the newest broken and oldest fixed version in the
   list of pre-compiled kernels at [1], that would significantly
   narrow down the search for the upstream patch that fixes this

 * a full boot log up to the hang using netconsole[2] or a serial
   console[3] would also be helpful
