Perhaps some problem with the system mail configuration on your
computer?

Please use 'reportbug -N 691902' to provide extra information, but when
asked whether to 'Submit this report', choose 'Save it in a temporary
file and quit' (q). Then send the contents of that file using your
usual mail program.
