You can see this on the 'wheezy' branch of <git://anonscm.debian.org/kernel/linux.git>, specifically commits f6cd707bea66f62ad937b30e8f80c4f22494f4d1..6d1152796431e27cb0ca4d57792ac9a166fbb721 (BQL and dependencies) and commits f565997d28ae7fa192c5559d5d7668323a003fef..420821a52105fd49db601bcfbd8d79471f8a3ec6 (codel & fq_codel qdiscs and dependencies). Note, this branch may be rebased in future as the canonical source is a patch series in Subversion.
