I have also verified, that with 3.5.2 booted with "pci=noacpi" the command "#echo disk>/sys/power/state" correctly suspends system to disk. The operation is correctly resumed if I power on the system later on with the same kernel and also with "pci=noacpi". -- Regards, Wojtek
