Package: linux Version: 3.2.23-1 Nearly every morning when I boot my laptop, it will kernel panic, then press button to halt, and power on again. It seems that the kernel never panic when the second, third, forth ... boot: only the first time. The attachment is the screenshot and the output of lshw .
